Step 1 - book your personal wedding consultation
Contact us and book time for a free, no-obligation consultation that is convenient for you. During the consultation we will discuss your needs, ideas & possibilities for your wedding catering. This allows you to have full control over your wedding menu & catering package.
Step 2 - your individual wedding catering package will be created
Once we have a firm idea of your catering needs and the additions you require, we will put together a wedding package exclusively for you. This can include any options that you choose. You will be able to relax in the knowledge that everything will be taken care of by us.
Step 3 - your quotation will arrive
You will receive a full quotation for your wedding catering, based on your requirements and budget as discussed in your consultation. You may alter and change any of your package items at this point. We will send your quotation through as quickly as possible to help you plan and budget for your big day.
Step 4 - booking with bluebasil
When you accept the quotation, you will agree to our terms & conditions, pay a deposit and reserve your wedding date in our diary.
Step 5 - giving you the attention you deserve
We will stay in contact with you right up to the date of your wedding, giving you professional customer service, peace of mind and calm organisation. You can relax and enjoy the rest of your wedding preparations, leaving the hard work and details of the wedding catering to us!
Inclusive wedding packages
Menus & food
You will have the opportunity to choose from our menus & food or work with us to personalise your own. We select our ingredients carefully and have put together fresh, modern menus including some innovative ideas. We appreciate, however that you may have your own ideas to incorporate too. We proudly live by our ethics and shop as locally as possible, source fantastic ingredients (many organic) and use welfare friendly and free-range farms.
Allergies and dietary requirements
We can adapt recipes to suit any allergies or food intolerances your wedding guests may have - please advise us of your needs and we will be only too happy to help. We really appreciate that vegetarian diets should not be an afterthought and try our best to include interesting and delicious vegetarian dishes. We hope you find our dishes tantalizing (see some examples of our food)!

Drinks, glasses & barware
We have a full drinks list with champagne, wines, beers & spirits available. Our drink prices include a bar table set up with bar equipment, ice & chilling. Prices are subject to VAT.
If you would like provide your own drinks we will not charge corkage (many catering companies do). If you wish to have your drinks handled or served in any way by us, then you will need to book our bar staff and drinks staff at an additional cost, organise bar equipment and refrigeration. Please note when booking bar staff that a minimum of 4 hours is required. Glass hire prices, refrigeration and bar equipment prices are all available on request.
Make an impact with flowers
We love to explore with different colours, textures and flowers to create stylish & smart arrangements.
We can design simple, contemporary or themed displays for your room and/or tables. Each design is specific for your event. Please discuss your needs with us.
We work closely with Oxfordshire-based event florist Faith in Flowers to create the perfect flower arrangements for your wedding.
Linen service
We can source quality table linens and napkins for your wedding. These will be charged separately and are individually priced depending on size, colour & style. Table cloths are included for the buffet table only.
Marquee & other hire services
We are happy to recommend a hire service to you. Please ask us for details.
Specialised event planning
